The biggest sledger in the world (in my opinion) is currently Sangakkarra. He says more than anyone else does.

Mostly true. The worst sledging I have ever witnessed (well, via television anyway) was between Sri Lanka and South Africa. Unbelievable amounts of both sledging and plain abuse.
Luckily, that doesn’t happen too often.

The jelly-bean incident was pretty funny. I’ve read some articles about it and it was rather interesting to watch it all play out like that.
