I am not going out today, anywhere. I deadly need a nap. Couldn’t shut my eyes for the whole night. But that was worth it. Things like that don’t happen every fortnight….especially with the Indian cricket team.

Now I know Joginder Sharma dismissed Misbah-ul-haq to win India the World Cup. But i really want to know what others think: “Did Joginder Sharma really bowl well?”

    Amit:

The thing is he *did* get that last wicket, or…?
On the whole, he wasn’t prolific, but good or bad bowling, he gets his Rs. 21 lac (USD 40000) bonus cash award from the Haryana CM anyway.

    Uncle J. Rod:

    Thanks!

Pakistan were a little unlucky but India have beaten some good teams recently so suppose they deserved it!
Good blog and good videos. Cheers!

    Thanks, Betfair Kid.

I agree on that, but still tend to think that Indians held their nerve…and so they won!

Do you bet on cricket, too? How’s betting done? I’ve never gotten the knack of those betting fractions or whatever they are.

I can see from your comment that you are not a gambler.

I think the Betair Kid comes from the view of the betting exchances which is a fantastic medium.

The ability to decide that a team/county will not do well has given another choice for the sports gambler.

With Betfair or other excanges then it gives you a chance to be in control.

Think a team can’t win? Then back against them!

Choosing your own odds is what makes the exchanges stand out. If it is not good value then nobody will take the bet.
