Six and Out - Some Serious Cricket

The Prospects’ List is Out

by Dinsa Sachan on December 6th, 2007

Bring it on. India vs. Australia: The Border-Gavaskar Trophy

Captain Kumble Mahendra Singh Dhoni Wasim Jaffer: The Double Centurion

The Evergreen Sachin Tendulkar Dinesh Karthik: The Lucky Guy Rahul Dravid: He's still game

Yuvraj Singh: Rope him in or let him wait? V. V. S. Laxman: I'm not through to it yet, guys. Sourav Ganguly: You can't ignore him
R. P. Singh: Fit or Unfit? that is the question Munaf Patel: Signs of Growth Zaheer Khan: Not good, not bad.
V. R. V. Singh: Second time lucky? Pankaj Singh: Acid Test Ishant Sharma: Wow, he's a hunk

Murali Karthik: The other Murali Harbhajan Singh: Chuck it! Piyush Chawla: The boy from UP is back

Aakash Chopra: Time to prove stuff Gautam Gambhir: Not just T20 stuff Hair is Ranadeb Bose

Ajit Agarkar: You can't let go of me easily Parthiv Patel: Baby's back Irfan Pathan: Tough times

Pretty predictable list, basically. Only surprise is Sreesanth’s absence.

Yes, he’s unfit, but then RP and Zaheer Khan have been roped in too, despite injuries. Well, so we’ll miss on the fun, I guess.

What is 2nd wkt keeper doing here ? he is not going to australia. his wife has given him ultimatum, if u go n get out poking to the outside off balls, then Aussies would sledge him , then she wont be able to see the sight of the dude shaking his head in disgust as if he was the best in the team, so dude s thinking to continue his miserable run with bat in Blore too, so that he can be thrown out and delhi da munda Gambhir might sneak in…

Sam, I know about that, you and KKD.

Btw, there are actually three wicket-keepers!

Personally, I am pissed again– No Kaif.
Do you think his career is over?

    Uncle,

Sree is injured mysteriously or perhaps he has taken a break for a jig jag in his favorite movie star Mamooty s movies…….

And whats frustating is he s hell bent to go for Ayurvedic treatment rather than the modern day treatment for his injury for some silly astrological reasons…..

so for now the monkey chants for Sree would be on hold in Auzzie land

if our main bowlers does not get fit in time i think all hoophollah about oz tour could turn out to be damp squib…coz whatever be the state of batting you need bowlers who can take 20 wickets to win a test match…

lets hope that these ‘mysterious’ injuries goes out same mysterious way for the good of cricket…

we already had duds like SA-NZ, OZ-SL, IND-PAK…cricket can not afford to have another…

No, Uncle J, he’s not grounded.

I’ve just found that his fitness issues won’t be resolved until Jan, so there.

RP is recovering, and he could make it. So that’s good news.

Pan– Right on. And didn’t you hear they are making pretty fast and furious pitches for the tour.
